Notarized Translation
At the outset of its activities in Kazakhstan, the Neotech KZ translation bureau set itself the goal of making translation services of all texts available to the widest possible audience. Today our customers include not only major transnational corporations, but also small and medium businesses and private individuals. It is for these two categories of our customers that certain additional services offered by the Neotech KZ translation bureau proved in extremely high demand: the services of notarized translation and apostilling.
Notarized translation is the procedure of creating official documents, the originals of which are composed in a foreign language, for submission to official agencies in Kazakhstan. This is done in two stages: translation of the document and notarization of the translation. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the notarial system, a notary public testifies to the accuracy of a translation from one language to another, if that notary public is competent in the respective languages. If the notary public is not competent in the respective languages, the translation may be executed by a translator whose signature is then certified by the notary public.
Apostilling /apostille is a special simplified procedure for legalizing documents that is used for submission to official agencies and institutions of one of the countries included in the Hague Convention*. The “Apostille” stamp requires no further certification or legalization of official documents, and is recognized by official institutions of all countries party to the convention.
Our package offer for document preparation – translation + notarization – proved so popular among our clients that we opened two new sales offices at notarial offices. And we continue the work of selecting partners to expand the Neotech KZ translation bureau’s presence in the most convenient locations for obtaining services.
By combining translation and notarization we provide our clients with several significant advantages:
1. The quality of the finished documents after translation and notarization is considerably higher than if you were to go to two different places for two different services. Naturally, the translated documents are executed at the outset with consideration for the requirements of the official agencies for which they are intended, using the necessary forms and phraseology.
2. Immediately upon requesting services, the client receives a complete and thorough consultation from a Neotech KZ manager on questions regarding preparing the document for translation and notarization, and the delivery time and cost are agreed upon. All you need to do is bring the original documents to any one of our offices.
3. Considerable time is saved since the order is filled by a single qualified service provider. Otherwise you would need to find and obtain services from two separate entities, explaining each time what you need and how you need it. You get the job done in half the time or better!
For the customer the document preparation process is simplified. With Neotech KZ, the customer puts his problem into the hands of one of our company managers, who then takes care of the order from start to finish. The manager fully tracks and monitors not only the quality of translation, but also the proper execution of the notarization. In the event of complications he can consult with the notary public present.
